Online Ordering Instructions

  • Our Promotional magnet order requirement is a $150.00 minimum per order. If your order does not meet our minimum, you would then be directed to increase your order.
  • To place an order, please select from any promotional magnet categories of your choice. Click on the item or view product detail, then click details/order or add to cart button.
  • If you click on details/order button, then click on order now button on right side of page, complete all applicable fields and then submit order. Once the order is placed, you will be emailed a confirmation of the order.
  • If you add to cart, please fill out all required fields before submitting order through system. Each product will indicate typical lead-time but this is subject to change depending on demand, volume per order and time of year. You will be emailed an order status confirmation.
  • Be sure to confirm the product you are choosing is for either indoor or outdoor use based on your requirements. Most promotional magnet products can be produced for either indoor or outdoor purposes.
  • All orders require proof approval unless customer waives the proofing option or selects a product which requires production ready artwork. Production proofs may incur additional charges based on order volume.
  • Promotional Magnets can be researched for shipping estimates by quantity and zip code after clicking on details/order button on the product details page. It can also be found if you are required to add the product to cart after order submission. The shipping estimates are fluid, so this is subject to change slightly from the time you reviewed your shipping estimate. We can also ship collect on your freight account by request.
  • For all non stock custom shape magnets, there is a $275.00 die charge for each shape.
  • See details about artwork requirements below. We prefer artwork to be submitted at time of order or shortly thereafter via email or dropbox.
  • You will be required to either submit credit card information at time of order or mail a check. Once proof approval is submitted and before production starts, we will charge your credit card for order amount along with any applicable shipping, taxes and or admin fee’s. If you prefer to mail a check, you can submit an order and we will prepare a proof. Once we receive your check in our system and upon proof approval, we can begin production.

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card payments online. There will be a 2.5% Administration fee for all payments made by credit card.
For credit card purchases made through email, please print and complete the online credit card authorization form below. Please include your three or four digit code on the back of the card and include your billing address associated with your credit card on the form. Email completed form to
Online purchases do not require an authorization form.
All orders will be charged at start of production.

Checks and Money Order Payments

Please send all checks or money orders with your purchase orders. Freight cost will need to be calculated before sending your checks. This can be done through our web site or you may call for the cost. Please allow an extra 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of your order for processing. Please note, production of your order will not start until your check or money order has been verified in our system.
All returned checks will be charged a $30 return check fee and $20 processing fee. Your order will be placed on hold status until payment has been verified in our system.


Please speak with Magnet Products Representative if lead-time cannot be verified online. All lead-times vary depending on item purchased, volume and time of the year. Our general lead-time for magnetic promotional items listed in our catalog and flyers is 5 to 8 business days or sooner. All orders must be received by 12PM pacific time to count the following day as the 1st business day of production.

Artwork IS Production Ready

If you wish to provide Artwork that is Production Ready and doesn't need any additional manipulation by an artist we will print what you upload. You will be responsible for the quality of art on the finished goods. We prefer all artwork to be production ready and uploaded at the time of order for online orders. If you have not uploaded your artwork at the time of order, please either email your artwork to: or log into your new account with us and upload your artwork to the order. If these options do not work, please call for other uploading instructions. Specifications to Qualify for Production Ready art:
- Art MUST be uploaded at the time the order is placed.
- Art CAN be setup on provided templates. Please see artwork template options below. Leave art on template when you upload.
- Art MUST be in PDF or EPS format with embedded images at 300dpi or higher and fonts converted to outlines.
- No Proof is available if you choose this option.


Artwork NOT Production Ready

Artwork that is not production ready will require proof approval. No changes to artwork are required to request an internet proof
There is 30 minutes of artwork set up time included with your order.
There is a $60/Hr. charge beyond 30 minutes.

In the case of applicable Rush Orders, we will only accept artwork ready material and orders will be processed as is based on received artwork. Artwork instructions will be given once orders have been received and processed. Online orders will allow customers to upload their artwork at that time.

Copy Change For Magnetic Promotional Products

NOTE: There is only 1 copy change charge no matter how many colors change. 1-4 colors change for the same charge. Published minimum quantities for all products apply for copy changes. Copy Changes are limited to changing 6 lines of copy, a photo and a logo. In addition, the items must all have a common background or main layout that does not change. Once an order is submitted, copy changes cannot be added.

No refunds will be offered after your order has been entered into our system and processed for production.. We will consider replacement material only if we can verify and determine a Manufacturer workmanship error or defect has occurred based on our material and work. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays after product has been shipped according to order details or possible delays in proof approval process.
