Magnetic Football Schedules.pdf Processing Orders by Fax, Email or Postal Service For mailed orders by postal service, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process upon receipt of your order. Online Ordering Magnet Products will offer a 5% discount for all orders 1,000 Pcs or higher completed online. For faster service, please place all orders online by going to our promotional products page and entering the keywords or Item number in the product search for your product of choice. For the product you have selected, you can get all the details on that product, get freight quote costs, place orders and submit artwork. All orders online 1,000 Pcs and over will be processed and invoiced with a 5% discount within 24 hours of your order and confirmed with email notification. Important Note: Magnet Product International is only accepting minimum orders of at least 500 Pcs per order for magnetic promotional products. All other promotional items may be purchased at the indicate price breaks. For 500 Pcs order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express will only be acceptable forms of payment. There will be an additional 2.5% Administration fee for processing credit card orders. You can make any special requests by emailing us at info@magnetpi.com or calling us at 800-230-5098. Please note, through our partnerships we can offer promotional products other than magnets as well. Please feel free to consider all promotional products that are offered though our web site by visiting our promotional products page. Credit Card Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card payments. There will be a 2.5% Administration fee for all payments made by credit card. For credit card purchases by mail or over the phone, please print and complete the online credit card authorization form below. Please include your three or four digit code on the back of the card and include your billing address associated with your credit card on the form. Please return with your order. Online purchases do not require an authorization form. All orders will be authorized but not charged or settled until production of your item is completed and ready for shipment.

Freight cost will need to be calculated before sending your checks. This can be done through our web site or you may call for the cost. All lead-times vary depending on item purchased, volume and time of the year. Our general lead-time for magnetic promotional items listed in our catalog and flyers is 8 business days or sooner. All orders must be received by 12PM pacific time to count the following day as the 1st business day of production. Artwork IS Production ReadyIf you wish to provide Artwork that is Production Ready and doesn't need any additional manipulation by an artist we will print what you upload. You will be responsible for the quality of art on the finished goods. We prefer all artwork to be production ready and uploaded at the time of order for online orders. If you have not uploaded your artwork at the time of order, please either email your artwork to: info@magnetpi.com or log into your new account with us and upload your artwork to the order. If these options do not work, please call for other uploading instructions. Specifications to Qualify for Production Ready art: Artwork NOT Production Ready Artwork that is not production ready will require proof approval. In the case of applicable Rush Orders, we will only accept artwork ready material and orders will be processed as is based on received artwork. Artwork instructions will be given once orders have been received and processed. Online orders will allow customers to upload their artwork at that time. Copy Change For Magnetic Promotional Products 9006 NOTE: There is only 1 copy change charge no matter how many colors change. 1-4 colors change for the same charge. Published minimum quantities for all products apply for copy changes. Copy Changes are limited to changing 6 lines of copy, a photo and a logo. In addition, the items must all have a common background or main layout that does not change. Once an order is submitted, copy changes cannot be added.
